Dan Antohe has a significant experience in litigation in matters of insurance, real estate, contractual civil liability, forced execution, administrative, banking law and family law;
He has assisted clients in projects on all aspects of labor law and represented natural persons and companies in the negotiations, as well as in related litigations.
He has represented clients’ interests in complex commercial litigations from various areas: financial services, food industry, health, etc.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. At the same time, he is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Dunarea de Jos University, Galati.
Dan Antohe has been a member of the Galati Bar sine 2010. He speaks English.
